The 'West' of the NC Trip (sorry, I couldn't help myself)
We didn't get to spend much time with either family this trip, but we did have enough time to truly enjoy ourselves. Sunday morning with my family my dad made soft serve ice cream in his very own personal soft serve ice cream maker. James was in hog heaven and has been begging for ice cream ever since.
