We make Valentine’s Day cookies every year, I can't help myself. I just love the colors and the decorating. I am normally not a fan of sugar cookies, but Emily gave me the most fabulous recipe that tastes indescribably fabulous with cream cheese frosting. It is a really sticky dough however, so rolling them out gets kind of complicated. But with copious amounts of flour (as shown) it works out to everyone's satisfaction. And it is just once a year after all.

Delectable Valentine's Day Cookies
We make Valentine’s Day cookies every year, I can't help myself. I just love the colors and the decorating.
