Halloween Skirt

This was my first experiment with the skirt pattern, I tried to copy a skirt that Gillian already had that I loved. The way they sewed the lining, top skirt and waist band together made the skirt so much fuller. Overall, I liked the way it turned out, even if I did only get to it the day before Halloween. At least I made it big enough that she can wear it next year.
A close up of the creepy spiders. I actually wasn't sure if Gillian would wear it because the spiders were all fuzzy and velvety.
Twirling.

Awesome skirt, adorable girl. Too bad I wasn't there to see it firsthand.

It's adorable! And you can tell that she loves it. Bytheway... I would love it if you came and spent a week with me... anytime!

Wow! Very impressive skirt design and I love the material! I have recognized that I do not have the attention to detail required for sewing :)

Love love LOVE this beautiful skirt! It turned out perfect, and the material is so neat. So glad she can wear it two years! It's way too cute to only wear one season!
