About three times a year, James gets attached to a box. He takes his meals in the box, plays video games in the box, and sleeps in the box.

Em--I generally have to get rid of the box for it to end. But this time around, he gave up the sleeping part after just one night. He told me that it wasn't very comfortable. I didn't have the heart to tell him that as he gets older, more and more things would become uncomfortable until eventually he will only be able to sleep in his own bed with his own pillow and nothing else.
That is so true.
